Imagine every household's can produce enough gas and electricity without having to pay a dime. Smart Thinkers TM came up with the idea to design a biogas machine; ( Sublimation Tank) to help produce gas to the individual homes.

The sublimation tank (Sub TankTM) designed specially to help produce biogas in an efficient and safer way. The Sub TankTM is filled with organic food waste through pipe lines from the kitchen sink / garbage disposals. It is then heated and agitated in the Sub TankTM. In the absence of oxygen, anaerobic bacteria consume the organic matter to multiply and produce biogas. This biogas is then pumped through gas pipe lines back into the house for cooking, heating, generating electricity and etc.

Biogas is a byproduct of the decomposition of organic matter by anaerobic bacteria. Biogas is typically composed of 60% methane and 40% CO2. It is similar to natural gas which is composed of 99% methane.

Biogas is a clean and renewable energy that may be substituted to natural gas to cook, to produce vapor, hot water or to generate electricity.

Any organic waste has the ability to produce biogas: human excreta, manure, animal slurry, fruit and vegetable waste, slaughterhouse waste, meat packing waste, dairy factory waste, brewery and distillery waste, etc.
